I had a dental extraction at the practice yesterday and the treatment I received was excellent. Maeve was brilliant, I felt nothing and post extraction I have had very little discomfort. My thanks to Maeve, Natalie and Claire for being so professional, helpful and friendly. They are a wonderful team.
I recently had dental work completed by Michael. The entire team were exemplary, reassuring and considerate throughout the entire process. I am delighted with the outcome and I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I received. A patient centred practice with staff who take the time to listen and offer support. Just finished up my cosmetic work with Dr. Rowland and I am delighted with the results. The level of care is ultra professional, coupled with a friendly environment, it has made my experience a positive one. There is no shortcuts taken and Michaels experience and knowledge is super helpful and reassuring when it comes to choosing the correct treatment plan that best suited me.In terms of booking appointments and making payments etc, the staff are super and Claire was most helpful throughout. I’ve had a lot of issues with my teeth over the years and after braces they still just weren’t the way i wanted them to be. i got in contact with north down implant and orthodontic clinic about a cosmetic dental treatment and they were so helpful and friendly through out the whole process.Michael and his team are amazing at what they can do, the transformation is incredible and i can’t thank them enough for how happy it has made me and how better i feel with myself. I finally got my braces off after almost 6 years, and my teeth look amazing. When i started my teeth were all over the place but now they are seriously perfect.Dr. Finlay and Lynn were amazing throughout the whole process. I attended the practice for an implant to replace a fractured tooth which was not suitable for a bridge. At every stage from the first consultation until the actual implant was fitted I was treated with genuine care and respect by Michael and his Team. Extreme care was taken during extraction and preparation for the implant to avoid infection as I am immune suppressed and the whole procedure went smoothly. I was always made to feel at ease and the kindness and caring attitude of everyone made the whole process comfortable. I would highly recommend Michael and his team even for those who may feel apprehensive or anxious about treatment. You will be treated with care and respect and be happy to smile again without feeling self conscious.

Dr Turner has been great with my daughter’s treatment. She’s had amazing results from her temporary braces and has just had her fixed braces on. Dr Turner’s friendliness and humour really puts her at ease during her appointments and the results are amazing so far. We’re looking forward to seeing the end result.

Michael is a fantastic dentist. He is so patient, calm, professional and careful. I knew I was in safe hands when I met him and he’s been brilliant throughout my treatment. I was nervous about the procedure but he has been helpful and reassured me without any pressure whatsoever. His assistant Morgan is also just perfect. So pleasant, welcoming and gentle. My son has attended the clinic for his first braces, the reception staff have been friendly and helpful each time. Conor Armstrong is great at putting the patient at ease, explains everything that is happening and happy to answer any questions.
A great team of people from start to finish! My son has been having treatment for almost two years with regards his braces. Mr Armstrong always explains what's happening & my son never complains about going so this can only prove how comfortable he is with the team. Girls at reception are always lovely, friendly & helpful. Nothing is a problem! If you are thinking of visiting here, go for it you won't be disappointed!
I attend for my ortho treatment with Mr Grimes who is absolutely lovely and kind. Reception staff are also very accommodating with appointments and always have a friendly face !
We have had a few visits over the last months & each time we arrive the receptionists are polite, acknowledge your arrival and are very helpful. The building itself is modern, very clean and each surgery well signposted. The treatment from the orthodontist was exceptional. He was very patientand explained in detail what he would be doing on this visit and subsequent visits. I thoroughly recommend without hesitation.
During a visit to the orthodontist one of my children (not the one who had an appointment) fainted. Everyone was so good with her and me and also looked after my other 2 children while I sat with my daughter who fainted. They kept us there until they where certain she was ok and rang twice to check in on how she was doing. Thank you all .
